A 1992 graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, he has owned Coastal Craftsmen since 2008 and has lived in New Bern since 1999. His experience includes international sourcing, textile manufacturing, new product development at Moen Inc., and over 18 years in residential and commercial remodeling and new construction.
Todd Fulcher
Estimating Manager
A lifelong New Bern resident with 33 years of experience in the construction industry, and a graduate of the University of Mount Olive. He is deeply committed to preserving craftsmanship within the field and appreciates the unique challenges each project presents. Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and cycling.
Daniel Webster
Operations Manager
Daniel is a Marine Corps veteran with over 22 years of aviation experience and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas (2001). His civilian work spans HVAC, banking, and farming. He enjoys hunting, golf, and fitness, and has lived in Trent Woods with his family since 2021.
Brad Ferreira
Business Manager
Brad brings 26 years of home-improvement retail experience to the Coastal Craftsman team. He and his wife, Dawn, reside in Trent Woods and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren outside of work.
Rhonda Cannon
Construction Manager
With 35 years of construction experience, Rhonda specializes in painting and faux finishing. She also holds a degree in Basic Law Enforcement Training from Lenoir Community College. Outside of Coastal Craftsmen, Rhonda enjoys working on nearly anything with a motor.
Greg Sims
Construction Manager
Residing in New Bern since 2018 and a dedicated father of two Greg is an experienced project manager with a background in retail fixtures and millwork. He values hands-on problem-solving and close client collaboration in residential construction. Outside of work, he co-founded the local band Bridge Atlantic, which performs regularly across eastern North Carolina.
Dawn Martin
Financial Administrator
Dawn was born at Cherry Point Marine Corps Base and raised in Pennsylvania before returning to North Carolina. She began her career at a local insulation company, spending 10 years at the corporate office, and now has over 25 years of experience in accounting and management across various industries. In her free time, she enjoys reading and fast cars.

Amy is a valuable asset to the Coastal Craftsmen team. With 29 years of customer service experience and a keen eye for detail, she helps keep projects on track by careful material management and tracking. When not at work she enjoys sitting on the beach, but only in the off season.
