This letter is written to provide an outstanding recommendation for Coastal Craftsmen, LLC! We were interested in replacing our windows with quality replacement windows from Pella Window and Door Company. So, we contacted the local Pella Representative, Richard White. He made an appointment to come look at our window needs and brought with him, Britt Warren, of Coastal Craftsmen LLC who is the Pella “Preferred Installer” in the Craven County area. To make a long story shorter, they measured and ordered our windows which arrived about a month later and were ready for installation.

In June 2020, Coastal Craftsmen personnel arrived and installed the windows. We can’t say enough about the professionalism, attention to detail, and human courtesy exhibited by the Company’s Craftsmen. We were particularly impressed by “Margi” who did the majority of the installation and wrapping work for the company. This company lives up to its name!

Britt came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Their attention to detail made it a very pleasant experience in our kitchen remodel. Our remodeling included kitchen expansion, hardwood floors throughout the entire house, created a powder room…

Can’t say enough positive things about Coastal Craftsmen! We had the entire main floor of our home remodeled. It was a several month project, but worth every painful minute-and every dollar! Britt took our vision and made it reality. We’ve now lived in it for several months and couldn’t be happier. We smile when we come downstairs in the morning, looking at our beautiful home, that is now open, light and bright.

We were very pleased with this company which finished our room over our garage. Brit was knowledgeable and helpful with planning and choices to be made. Jeff, project manager, was fantastic. He gave us daily updates and consulted with us frequently. Every member of the construction crew were very polite and helpful. They were surprisingly quiet and undisruptive. The work was of high quality and completed within estimated timeline. They left the job clean and beautiful .

I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed the entire experience and the folks that work with this outstanding company. Everyone was very professional and hard working. Someone was in contact every day either by phone or in person. Discussion was ongoing regarding any changes in plans. At the end of each work day, crew went out of their way to clean area. Excess supplies and debris always taken care of. The entire project went much faster then we anticipated and worked stayed on target. “Britt Warren and Coastal Craftsmen did a very extensive interior renovation of our home in Oriental in 2012 — basically gutted everything, including taking down several walls, tearing out the floors, the bathrooms, and the entire kitchen. I am a very picky client with particular ideas about configuration and finishes, and a stickler for detail. Britt welcomed my direct involvement and was extremely responsive to my requests, offering good suggestions when it was impossible to do exactly what I wanted. His cost estimate was very detailed and well explained — when I asked for changes, our communication was excellent and there were absolutely no surprises. When something was not up to his high standards, he ensured it was re-done and checked for quality. Britt’s crew was on time every day, worked very hard, and kept the job site as tidy as possible. Completely trustworthy and dependable, they ensured the safety of my home and possessions during the whole process. The result is spectacular — even more beautiful and functional than I had imagined! I highly recommend Britt Warren and Coastal Craftsmen, and will call on them again myself in the future.”

“I found the workmen employed by Coastal Craftsmen to be very skilled at what they do. They were very professional in my presence, but as we got to know each other, they also exhibited a fantastic sense of humor, concern for me as an individual and most importantly a sense of ownership of the project. As I came to know them, I felt confident I could leave home for an appointment. Net-net, I trusted them explicitly. When I again contracted Coastal Craftsmen to redo my kitchen, which was a complete “gut and redo” except for appliances, I gave them a deadline of three weeks because I had to host an Easter luncheon. They finished on the day they said they would be done! How awesome is that in this day and age”
